Confused can some help

hi, i am currently suffering from post concussion syndrome its been five months. i lost all hope in ever being myself again. i went through the windshield because a drunk driver hit us tbut its my fault for not wearing a seatbelt . thats how i get the concussion then two months later i was in a flipped over car. i wake . up everyday feeling like a differdnt person hating myself. i am always so tired, i cant handle liquor anymore, and if im sad then im really sad same thing with when im mad. i do things i never expected myself to do .. i used to be a happy person now i feel like nokne wantsbme around and i embarrass myself. none of my friends understand my family doesnt listen to me along with my doctors. am i the only one going through this? i want to be back to being normal.. i need someone who understands what this is like .. if you can relate please talk to me.

Welcome to the community--what a terrible time you've been having! I can almost guarantee you there will be someone here who understands what you're going through. If you haven't found our forum specific to Traumatic Brain Injury and Post Concussion Syndrome, here is the link: http://neurotalk.psychcentral.com/forum92.html. I think you'll find some help there, and some support.
