Default A/P Lumbar Fusion Recovery

Hi everyone! I am 15 weeks post op from my L4-S1 360 degree fusion. I was starting to feel pretty good at about 9 weeks, but then feel like things took a left turn. I have had increasingly mor pain in the past 6 weeks and an increase in leg and foot issues. My right foot rotates between nothing, numbness, pins and needles, and electric shocks. My calf is fine most of the time, but then will feel like I ran a marathon. I cannot do much at all, I tried to return to work for two days at 9 weeks, which is when things went downhill. I haven't been able to return since. My doctor doesn't want me to return until November at the earliest. He is sending me in the morning for a CT/Myelogram just to be sure I am fusing, and the hardware isn't damaged, and nerves aren't compromised somehow. I will be relieved to get the results. Hopefully this is just a slow, roller coaster process, I just don't know. Anyone out there have this type of surgery and know more about the recovery process?
