Default Hey Everyone!

Hey All!

I am new here and I just wanted to say hello! I am 53 yrs old and live in Australia. About 7 years ago I discovered meditation and fell in love with it.

Ever since I have been practicing meditation and studying the different forms of it and through my experiences I believe I have become quite knowledgeable on the subject.

And that is why I am here, to help people. I have found that meditation can help with any number of problems as long as it is done correctly and consistently.

Anyway, I hope I enjoy it here and am looking forward to helping people!

Cheers,
Luca

Hi there, welcome.

I learned about meditation about 40 or so years ago. It takes a lot of discipline, right? It's been so long, but I just might give it a go. Hey, whatever changes our brain waves and gives us those endorphins right?

Again, Welcome and keep posting and keep sharing your thoughts on meditation. We've got people here who need all the help they can get.

All the best,
Melody
