just figuring out / diagnosed with major depression bipolar I always knew I had issues from lack of Friends to anti social behavior not to mention the voices in my head to not being able to hold down a job for more than a few months I went for what I thought was going to be a 24 hour evaluation and ended up backer acted 72 hours later my girlfriend signed me out and took me home on the way home I lost it and pounded the **** out of the car dash I guess they skipped a dose of my mood stabilizer I feel like my mental health providers so far are not taking my issues seriously. I have an appointment tomorrow hopefully to get on some better meds but I feel worthless any advise or encouragement?
