Unhappy Paracerebellar degeneration

Hi, New here.
I am caring for my wife who has Paracerebellar degeneration due to Paraneoplastic syndrome. Any one who has been able to regain the intentional tremor, head shaking, and dysphagia caused by cerebellar atrophy?
