Default meralgia paresthetica

I'm new and looking for recommendations for treatment of meralgia paresthetica.

I live in the Orlando area, so physicians around Orlando how have successfully treated others would be much appreciated.

If anyone knows how to get relief, say when walking, that would also be appreciated.
