Default newbie to site, but not to treatment(s)!

I started in 1999 with loss of muscle control while writing and hands would suddenly become hard and hot to the touch. Went through nerve conduction and other tests (but no MRI/x-rays). Failure to diagnose. Shortly thereafter, found that my left pinky began to pull away from hand and had difficult time bringing back in. By 2004, my pinky had clawed and became unresponsive. Went to hand specialist and was diagnosed with ulnar nerve impingment at elbow. Surgery and PT followed. Within 2 years, lost more muscles in left hand and ring finger has now clawed. 2nd surgery to free ulnar nerve from scar tissue and repositioned. Muscles were too atrophied to bring back even after 6 weeks of PT. Started to notice tremor and weakness in hand in past few months. Decided to go to JHH early Feb 2014. After history and x-ray - found extra cervical rib and TOS. Since then, fell on ice and pain now radiates between shoulder blades and down both arms. Have nerve MRI this afternoon and follow up next Tues. Hope that this can be the beginning of resolving issues with no more misdiagnosed ailments.
