Red face head trauma and dreaming afterwards

I am just looking for answers. I hit my head on the wood arm of my couch behind the left ear about 4-5 days ago and been having mild to bad cluster like head aches and dreams of someone chasing me and or trying to harm me. Why is this happening ? Any suggestions?
