Default loose screws lumbar

i fell in oct.1999,and fx.t-11 and t-12.Had surg.jan 2000 had ant.cage placed.had post rods from t-11 thru l-5.was ok.untill mar.2006 then lumbar stenosis. Old rods taken outnew rods placed t-8 thru l-5. now severe pain since Jan.2007.Myleogram shows loose screws lumbar severe pain and numbness right hip thigh and rt. great toe.To have surg. soon.anyone have surg for this?
