Default New person with balance issues

These are my symptom's. Hope I can get some help.
Balance issues at different times. Feeling of bobbing, like on a boat. Pressure in ear, no pain. Tinnitus in left ear and sometimes lite pain. Sometimes tension in my shoulders when imbalance occurs and blurry vision. Seems to occur more in the evening. Pressure in head but no pain. Sometimes can't sleep and those times that I don't sleep I get up several times at night to urinate. When I lay in bed I feel pulsation in my head and ears. I sometimes have tingling in my face, left side(this has gone on since 2005). I have had many test with no answers. I told klonopin for 8 hears .5 mg and no other medication expect for lovastatin oh and calcium. Thank you
