Confused Hello fellow readers, New and need help plz

Good evening. Hope all is doing well. I am new here and was looking for some help understanding my mri report. Have had severe migraines and tension headaches for a very long time. My neurologist ordered MRI, & I am not understanding it, nor know where to post it for help.
I am a 38yr old female, and these migraines and other issues such as constant pain in lower back has got me down, and I am afraid its affecting my marriage. really could use some help, and certainly not be judged. thank you and hope all have a great night.
