Default New Member - Burning bilateral hand pain

I've made a few posts, before realizing I should have started here.

I've been suffering from hand pain for nearly 4 years now. I've seen many specialist, had CTS and guyon's canal surgeries, tried dozens of meds, and now am seeing a PM doc hoping ESI injections for mild cervical stenosis may help.

Researching TOC and RSD doesn't seem like it fits my situation, although I wouldn't rule anything out.

My next appointment is with a Neurologist (from academia) . I'm hoping he can identify a neuropathy that isn't typically identified by EMG's/nerve conduction tests. I've had several tests with inconsistent results.

I'm in my mid 50's and excluding my wrists/hands I don't have any other unusual neuropathy sensations or joint pains.

Everyone here has been extremely helpful. I hope I can return the favor and share some helpful information one day.
