Help Just saying HI!!!

Hi everyone, I figured I would introduce myself. I'm Jess and I suffer from numerous ailments that just keep compounding one another. In 2011 I had an ovarian cyst rupture and I was taken to emergency surgery. Whether it was the near sepsis or the specific neurotoxins that leaked out, my life has gone severely downhill since.
During my recovery from surgery, I started aching everywhere and got very tired. I was diagnosed with fibro and chronic fatigue to start. I pushed through those and started working as a Physical Therapist. However, I ended up herniations two discs in my back which have now caused pretty severe neuropathy, worse in my right leg than my left.
On top of that, the migraines I had been getting 2-3 times a month since high school kicked up in intensity and I now have at least 16-18 days a month where I suffer migraine symptoms.
I was also diagnosed with an immune deficiency which causes me to be chronically sick and pick up just about any illness around me. With all this put together my doctor started talking to me about disability and I eventually gave in because my body just couldn't fight to work 40 hours a week, every week.
I am 4 days away from having a duel spinal cord and occipital nerve stimulator implanted to help with all the back pain with neuropathy and my migraines. The trials for both the scs (spinal cord stim) and ONS (occipital nerve stim), went awesome, so I am very hopeful that this surgery could be the start of turning my life around.
I can't wait to read other's stories and "meet" more of you. Hopefully we can all help each other and continue to learn and get ourselves better!

~Jess
