Wink New & ready help and be helped :)

Hey everyone. I have had the most awful struggles for the last year and half. I am 27 y.o. woman who feels like my life is almost over. I have a husband who has been there since day one and thankful he knew me before I got hurt. I have become a monster, a very grouchy snapping monster and I hate that. So, I have cut myself off from anyone I ever knew including family. I hurt myself at work and it started as lower back pain that has progressed. I fought like crazy and then settled out for lack of results being under their thumb. This has been a good thing as it now has disclosed some dangers in my cervical region. However, I have gone from being bright and full of insight to dull and feel like I can barley remember my own name. I seem to have a syrinx and "C4-5 disc herniation that is central and associated with annular tear. This finding completely effaces the ventral thecal sac and produces mass effect and contouring of the transiting cervical cord with Max AP dimension of the central canal is 7 mm at this level. I also have hypertrophy with moderate right neural foramen encroachment". Plus in my lower back at L3-4 and L5-S1 I have hypertrophy and have already endured facet inject that yielded no results. My mental state is slipping fast. I have been a tough cookie up to this point and now I feel like cracking and just falling. So I came here to where people understand or can try to understand my state of mine and endless nights of no sleep because the pain is so bad nothing soothes it. I love to help people. I have a vast knowledge as I was multi educated prior to my work injury and love to research. I am not a know it all, I just have this issues with feeling dumb & naive given my childhood upbringing. So I hope to make acquaintances that lead to caring friendships here
