Default Medtronic NeuroStimulator

I have a Medtronic
NeuroStimulator attached to my spine. So far I have had no good results.
It has been set on 0.10 for some months. On the 2nd of June my Pain Doctor wishes to try using it again. I am afread it will increase my P/N.
Any one have advise on P/N and Stimulator
