Talking Hi! I'm not Tom! (yet)

Hi all.

I've had way too many concussions that have left me with quite a few problems, including a pretty bad memory.

The user name comes from something the MD told me that I'd have to learn to start accepting "my new reality" which is a far cry from what it used to be.

For now, I'm looking for help, support and friends ... eventually, I hope to be the one giving the help and support.

Welcome!

When you visit us on the TBI thread, http://neurotalk.psychcentral.com/forum92.html, you'll find that pretty much all of us are struggling to deal with our new (but, not improved?) realities.

It's tough, but it helps to know that we're not alone.
