Hi everyone,

I'm 34 and have endured back/shoulder pain for the last 20 years. Since having a baby 14 months ago I've also had numbness and pain down into both hands. I'm a musician (a violinist) so this affects my ability to do what I love significantly

I just got a diagnosis of thoracic outlet syndrome with hyper mobility in my elbows and spine, and I'm quite shocked that I've suffered this long before anyone realised!

I hope talking with you all might help me take control of my pain.
