I've had a Chiari Decompression and now, my insurance is going through the ceiling. Has anyone else had this problem? The BCBS must keep me insured but the premiums are becoming more than I can handle. Any suggestions?

Have you contacted them to see about renegotiating the fees in your case?
Or evaluating your ability to pay those high fees a sliding scale/ability to pay type of thing? I do know one person that contacted her senators and the VP also explaining about her chronic conditions - and she got her requests approved thru the "system" that way. It might be a strong option -the fees I saw on the other post were so high.
