Arrow Whiplash

Hi Everyone!

I'm new here and I have had whiplash (constant headache and neck pain)for 8 months so..... Yeah. It horrible because I feel tired all the time and I have to go to school and have to be normal even though I have a bad headache. I'm not complaining though, I know people have experienced was worse stuff than me.

Also could be trigger points, neck spasms, upper cervical spine out of adjustment etc..

You can find posts on all of those topics with the search link posted previously.

Have you tried any expert PT or skilled chiropractic care?
