Default Please can someone help. Hemiplegic Migraine.

Sorry. new to writing threads. just released from hospital following 'hemiplegic'migraine. frightening as thought I was having a stroke. still weak on right side of body. why is this and experiencing tremendous pins n needles through leg and arm. Literally doing physio three times a day...why is it so 'fizzy' on my right side of body and so weak.?
