Default Hi...I'm new and glad this support exists

Hi everyone,
I was in MVA 3 months ago and I am dealing with PCS. I thought concussions were over after a week! Ha...joke is on me I guess. I recently saw a tv clip about a race car driver who got a concussion while racing and he was racing again 5 days later!

Just looking for survival tips--I'm back to work 3 hours a day and have to go home immediately to nap. I'm exhausted all the time, have migraines (which I never had before), can't focus long on TV, reading, computer, etc. I could go on but you get the picture.

Thank you for your help!
