Confused Mild left uncovertebral degeneration with mild left foraminal narrowing

Please help To understand this diagnosis into MY C5-6 and C6-7???
Thank YOU GOD bless each of YOU!!!
MY pain Is in The scale of 7-8 everyday, since 5 months ago my activities dropped 80%, pain extending down the left breast arm hand also numbness!!!
