Default Trigeminial neuralgia patient says hello!

Good afternoon!

I was diagnosed with TN about a year ago. Before that, I was on Effexor for about 3 years. Has anyone heard of a correlation between taking Effexor and then developing TN?

Hi spunkymonkey,
I can relate to that. I recently discovered a connection with taking anti-depressants (for 3 years previously too, but not with Effexor) and the development of my Occipital Neuralgia! So strange, but I don't know why yet...
