Default Need help
I am suffering from parasthesia since 4.5 years, i am following regular exercise but it s giving only temporary relief not much, could you please help me. symptoms are numbing and burning sensation in back, on legs and hands.

Welcome venkat,

Have you had any investigations done by your doctor/s?
I would imagine treatments would depend on the cause of your parasthesia.
