Default Need help understanding mri results

I HAVE HAD 2 FAILED L4/L5, L5/S1 SURGERIES. NOW PERIPHERAL NEURAPATHY. NEUROLOGIST RECOMMENDED MRI...RESULTS BELOW...

REPORT FROM MRI OF LUMBAR AND SCIATIC AREA

WHAT DOES THIS MEAN?:

L2/L3: MILD CENTRAL CANAL STENOSIS DUE TO BILATERAL FACED DJD AND CONGENITALLY SHORT PEDICLES?

IMPRESSION:
•1. Stable 1cm right renal cyst
•2. Mild central canal stenosis at L2/L3 and L3/L4 as well as mild peripheral stenosis suspected at L4/L5 and L5/S1. Annular fissures are again noted at the L4/L5 and L5/S1 levels as well as suspected subtle disc protrusions.
Consider, for most complete eval, IV gadolinium as an adjunct to this exam, particularly to evaluate for epidural fibrosis as a cause of symptomatology. Likewise, given artifact from surgical hardware, CT would be a useful addition as well.
