Default New girl and need help please!

Hi everyone! I have a question. I had an MRI done which says I have a filling defect in regards to my arachnoid granulations (brain MRI). I am not sure what this means as it wasn't explained to me. I have had a constant pain in the back of my head for over a month and I lose vision when I look certain ways. I am only 22 and am trying to figure out what is wrong with my health. Does anyone know anything about my results?? Any help will be much appreciated. Thanks.

Hello queenofhearts,

Welcome to the NeuroTalk Support Groups.

I'm sorry I can't answer your question but you could try using the forum search feature to see if there are any older posts and threads from people who have experienced similar problems.

I hope you're able to find some information here.

Thumbs up New Girl

First thing I would do is ask your PCP Dr' to refer you to a opthimologist eye doctor! Have you had a recent head injury or feel on the back part of you're head? And also you can call and speak with the radiologist you read and prepared your MRI report and/or take the report with you to your doctor and don't feel embarrassed to have him or her repeat it until you understand it and don't be afraid to ask questions!! Take a tablet with you and write it down what the doctor says and also write down any questions you may have for your doctor!!

Good Luck!!
