Default Presence of microadenoma is not excluded.

Hi,

Recently I took mri scan and the report

Impression was

"Partially empty sella. Asymmetric appearance of pituitary gland with slight deviation of the pituitary stalk to the left side. The presence of microadenoma is not excluded. Mild paranasal sinus disease.".

Findings was

"The ventricles, cortical sulsi and basal cisterns are with in normal limits. There is no mass affect, shift of midline or intracranial collections. No abnormal enhancement present.

There is partially empty sella. The pituitary stalk is deviated toward the left and there is mild asymmetric appearance of the pituitary gland, slightly larger on the left side. The presence of a microadenoma is not excluded. The cervical medullary junction and midline structure and otherwise unremarkable. The cerebellar tonsils are normally positioned.

The mastoid air cells are unremarkable. There is mild mucosal thickening and small mucous retention cyst with in the right maxillary sinus. Mild mucosal thickening of the ethmoid air cells is present. Flow voids are present with in the major intracranial arterial vessels."

What is this means?. Do I have tumor?. Should I need to take another mri?
