Default Physician who will write letter for PSD

Hi,
I am new here and actually stumbled on this site while searching for a doctor who will write the letter for a PSD.
I just moved to the Acworth, Georgia area and do not know anyone.
I have done a great deal of research and find that I more than qualify for the letter but the doctor I spoke with wasn't helpful and really looked down on me. I do have panic attacks but physically I have several problems which prevent me from working. I do not want medical/SS or any benefits just some help improving my life.
I appreciate any help.
Thanks,
Lisa
