Default Crps

Hi Guys An-Sum here from Australia .just had Major Surgery on my left foot.
Had 3 Spurs removed 1 ligament repaired tendon fixed and half my foot fused..
Problem is 10 months after the op i still have Complex regional pain syndrome (CRPS) and was wondering if anyone out there has gone through the same problem and may be able to share some tips to get better .thanks guys.
