Default What does my MRI mean?

I was in a car crash and have an MRI of my neck that says:

1. There is some straightening of the cervical spine consistent with muscle spasm.

2. C3-4: There is a left foraminal disc herniation of the protrusion type projecting into the left neural foramen with moderately severe left neural formational stenosis.

3. C7-T1: There is a 3mm Broad Based left paracentral to left foramina disc herniation of the protrusion type with effacement of the left ventral subarachnoid space ventrally and moderately severe left-sided neural forminal stenosis.

What does it mean. What can i do. My Appointment is a few weeks out.
