Hello new here. Last Sept I had a full hip replacement. The opperation went well except I ended up with no feeling from lower knee down. I have had a neurophisi
ogical assessment confirming nerve damage and still have no feeling in areas. However other areas are hyper sensative. Yesterday I stood on a small nail sooooooooo painful. In past stood on zillions thorns etc. Its like hitting funny bone hard to power of 10. |

Hiya I firmly believe what I am experiencing is linked with the nerve damage sustained during mu hip replacement. The point of concern being whilst some minor feeling returns the actual acute sensory overload is increasing to point ofaffecting mobility due to pain.

Hi Legin,
I just read another post of yours on a different thread that I hadn't remembered. It was about the strange colours of your leg and am glad to see you've been directed to and have now posted on the CRPS/RSD forum. The members there will be able to give you lots of info.. take care there. |
