Hi, I'm a new member and have been browsing this site for a while now so I decided I might as well join. Just thought I'd give a brief introduction of the reason why I made that decision...

I really don't have much to say, except that I'm looking for a better understanding in regards to CRSD.

After doing a little research, there's not much info on the subject but it is helpful to read stories from others who are stricken with this disease.

It's a rather complex disease, and my heart goes out to all of you who are battling any sort of neurological condition.

I am new here too. Seems like this is a great group of caring people. While I don't know much about CRSD (circadian rhythm sleep disorder, right? ), I am glad you're here, and hope you find the support you are looking for.
