Default MRI Review back pain

I have had back pain since 5-3-14 injury. Doctors tell me they find nothing wrong, first they said back sprain, my back pain has gotten worse. Would like to find out what is wrong. Below is latest MRI

Examination: MRI LUMBAR SPINE WITHOUT CONTRAST.
Reason for examination: Low back pain, myofascial pain, pain localized to low back, increased pain with prolonged positions, extreme pain with lifting.

IMPRESSION: Stable hemangioma of the L4 vertebra, no evidence of new disc herriiation, fracture or or spinal stenosis.
Technique: Sagittal FSE T2, sagittal FSE T2 fat sat, sagittal FSE Ti, axial FSE T2, axial FSE Ti.
Findings: Sagittal MRI images demonstrate normal vertebral body configuration and alignment. A large high T1 low inversion recovery lesion in the anterior body of L4 is consistent with a stable-appearing hemangioma. The intervertebral disc spaces are preserved. The ventral thecal sac shows minimal indentation is again noted at T12-L1 consistent with minimal posterior disc bulge. Conus medullaris is unremarkable. The tip is again noted at the level of Li-2. Sagittal imaging through neural foramina show normal appearance.
Axial images:
Li-12: Normal.
L2-L3: Normal.
L3-L4: Normal.
L4-L5: Large vertebral hemangioma noted in anterior central L4. No disc herniation, spinal stenosis or nerve root impingement. Facet joints are normal.
L5-S1: Normal..
