Default New here.

Hello!

I'm glad to have joined this forum! I look forward to giving help where I can, and of course it's always nice to have support.

A bit about me/my challenges: I suffer from depression and OCD, bad enough it can affect my work and relationships if I can't get a handle on it. I also am a hyperchondric, which does not help.

My father suffered a severe stroke, and my mother is starting to go through the beginning of dementia/alzheimers, we're not sure which. I am the primary caregiver for them, for my mom helps where she can.

Looking forward to my time here and glad to meet you all
