Angry Hi. cerebral fluid blocked

Hello. I have something along both sides in my spine which is blocking cerebral fluid. They attempted a ct mylogram but the dye would not flow, it stuck at my lower spine where it was injected. My doctor and the radiologist have never seen or heard of it, it's happened a couple times and may explain constant thoracic pain and headaches. Any thoughts or suggestions?
