All my google queries over the years eventually brought me here. So I'd thought I'd bite the bullet and make an account.

HELLO!

I love neurology as a topic but not a disease. Been getting anxiety, depression, and now idiopathic neuropathy. The docs think I'm "crazy" so please help me prove them wrong.

It was a high pain day here as well. I hope others are feeling better.

Talking Welcome!

Hi mindovermatter,

Welcome to NeuroTalk!

I agree, neurology is more fun when discussed without the added stressor of a neurological condition.

I imagine I'll be seeing you on the PN forum!

Please make yourself at home on any forum. This is a big site, there are all kinds of interesting forums available.

To Our Healing,
DejaVu

Hi Mindovermatter,
It's good to see you here, but I'm sorry that you're in pain. I think doctors tend to initially blame a lot of our problems on anxiety, weight, smoking, etc. etc. It might take a few visits for you to convince them that you really are in pain and not just "crazy."
Good luck, Cheryl
