Frown C5 Fracture not healed

In May of this year I broke my c5 and the fracture still has not healed . I have been in a Aspen Brace but the next step is surgery so I was wondering if anyone else had gone through this?

Kirsty, my neighbor and I both go to the same integrative MD and my friend has a SLOW healing pelvic fracture.....very slow....the MD just told her to take Symphytum Officinale 30C, 4-5 under tongue once a day, 30 minutes before and after any foods. Many online supplement companies sell it like pureformulas, iherb and others...I think amazon carries it too:

Personally I would do all before any invasive surgery. Good luck.

Kirsty, since I posted this my friend and I have been talking about this homeopathic. She is desperate as this fracture has not healed as the other doctor told her it would. Our MD knows a lot of stuff but not an expert on everything....Who Is? Conventional MD's would not even mention this protocol.

My friend called the company Boiron and talked to one of their consultants who is an expert on homeopathics...she explained her issue and the consultant said she needs to take the 6C dose, 5 tabs 3 times per day. This is a bit stronger dose for hopefully faster healing.

So I don't know if this interests you but if it does this is what we've found out. I have lower back issues and generally bodywide pain and plan to give it a try for my issues. Inflammation is what it also addresses.

I've worked on and off with homeopathics over my adult life and use some now and find them helpful. No guarantees on anything but if we can get relief that's a win win. Take care.

PS: So much of the world uses homeopathics, the U.S. is slowly catching on.

My friend and I are looking at the homeopathic product with caution since it is comfrey. Even at high dilutions, we have a concern.

Just remember no matter what, everyone in business does it for profits...no one works for the love of helping....profits are the bottom line in anything. Drugs, surgery, supps, everything.

Everything can have downsides... I will be calling Boiron again next week re: the comfrey.

My friend was getting so excited that this could "heal" her fracture and she can get out and walk again....now she's feeling down and knows about comfrey taken off the market for internal use.

I use comfrey ointment for knee and feet and it's fine. Dr. Christophers product.
