Hello everyone. I have suffered with intermittent alcoholism for a number of years, culminating recently with a visit to the hospital, after I started to vomit blood. This was pinpointed to a stomach ulcer, for which I am now taking medication. Another side effect I have, my GP has said is "Alcoholic Neuropathy". When I tilt my head forwards, I get a strong tingling sensation, down my back, my arms, and into my hands and fingers. While not painfull, it is rather uncomfortable. I also take Vitamin B compound (strong). Do any other members have similar symptoms, and if so, are there any other supplements which may be helpful?

Hi coopster

Welcome to the community - I hope that you find it as supportive as I have .

I am an in-remission alcoholic - anytime that you would like to talk with me by PM is cool.

All the best.
