Default Will i be ok after concussion

Hello, I got a concussion a while ago. Two weeks later i was feeling good again and didnt have any symptoms. I tried lifting heavy weights and the headaches returned. I waited a while again and tried to lift...again. Symptoms returned. I realize now that i didnt wait long enough to start lifting and i am currently feeling much better after waiting more weeks to recover. My question is, could the lifting have caused some kind of unknown damage that would not have happened if i waited the appropriate time?

Thanks
