Hi my name is Danielle Greene. I'm a 28 year old married stay at home mom to a kindergartener. I am here because I am having visual disturbances without a known cause. My eyes are healthy besides needing glasses.

Hi and welcome, If you eyes are healthy, correction lens could be what is needed. I believe I first had corrections in my late 20's and even thought about contacts way back then, but gave up that idea. I like glasses and wear for distance and reading. There are so many nice looking frames.
I use Similasn homeopathic eye drops for dry eyes and this company produces a product for computer eyes. |

Oh, one more thing, grape seed extract is recommended for eye health along with MANY other health issues. I started with it at 57 and my grandson reminds me that at 15 he doesn't forget his daily grape seed ex...he and his 18 yr old sister are on it about 2 yrs now...so they have a good start with their immune system. Their mother also takes it and has been off and on for years but now on and does not miss a day.
You might want to do research on this great antioxidant. Here is an excellent overview on this antioxidant. http://grapeseedextract.com/ It is sold just about everywhere. |
