Book Hi

HI,

I came across this site while looking for a place to discuss conditions, and also to help others. And, like many others...I don't know much about trigeminal neuralgia.

My mother has trigeminal neuralgia and is on medicines. Last year, she had a radiation treatment done. It was not very successful and a nerve got infected or inflamed. Her spells are farther apart now, but is there any way she could have another treatment done? The balloon treatment would be great. Her medicine helps, but it doesn't stop all the spells. We think the radiation just made it worse.
