Crazy New to Myasthenia Gravis

Was recently diagnosed with myasthenia gravis although now I know what all the symptoms are I think I did have it for a while before being diagnosed. This is all very new to me and looking for a little support. So far I do get tired as my day goes on and I figured out that I need to take naps in between the day. Also I do choke from time to time so I drink water or try to bring my food back up By coughing.I have this weird sensation on my right side of my neck goes down into the chest and although I'm not eating it feels like I either have something there when I swallow just saliva or are the feeling like I have to burp! Going to my second visit soon is there anything that I need to be asking? The more I read on this the more scary it is!
