I had no idea what that was and looked it up.
I have facial neuralgia(suspected trigeminal neuralgia) and it is very painful.
In your throat must be just awful.
That is terrible to deal with a pain like that at such an early age.
I take Lyrica for my neuropathy and opiates(I have secondary pain issues).

I just pulled this off the website of a clinic that deals with GN.
Looks like there are several options for treatment.
