Default I need some advice

I am new to this site and need help. I have had debilitating nausea for 6 weeks shortly after I got off 50mg of noritripyline. I am now on 25 mg and have had ultrasound of pelvis and abdomen and many many blood tests. Everything coming back normal. Just had celiac test and it came back normal but my IgA came back elevated at 560. Also waiting for scheduled endoscopy. Do I need to worry???
