Default Cervical MRI Scan

Hi I'm new to Neuro Talk just wanted some advice about an injury that happened about 3 weeks ago. I fell and broke C-3 facet joint in my neck. I had an MRI done Friday and this is what it revealed. C3 - C4 Mild disc bulge and left uncinate process hypertrophy. Mild left neural foraminal narrowing. No cannal stenosis or neural impingement. C4 - C5 diffuse disc bulging with uncovertebral osteophytic change. There is effacement anterior thecal sac and a mild degree of ventral cord effacement secondary to a small broad-based central disc osteophyte complex. C5 - C6 for previous fussion without canal stenosis or neural impingment. C6 - C7 Mild disc bulge without focal protrusion or neural impingement. C7 - T1 no abnormality. Any advice would be greatful.
