Smile Hope to find the time

I don't know how this works yet but I'll see what happens I guess
About me:
As for now, my current diagnosis is that I suffer from PTSD, Anxiety, Depression, Personality Disorder (some form), Panic attacks, and suffer Migraine headaches. As is the cases with most of these disorders, various forms or types occur with each individual and honestly, I do not know exactly what form each takes for me. I sure need HELP. I am a 53-year old male who has been plagued by a condition that I have come to refer as JHRS {John Hamilton’s Rhythm Syndrome}. This condition has been with me since the age of approximately seven. My mother distinctly remembers me telling her about it. When it first occurred, I thought I was crazy or maybe would die from it. It has been very debilitating and anguishing at various times throughout my life. No doctor that i have seen yet has been able to tell me what it is and actually none have even heard the syptoms that I decribe. ..........more to come

Welcome to NT, PoetMan! I love the sn We have a forum called "Creative Corner" that I think you might enjoy. Here's a link: http://neurotalk.psychcentral.com/forumdisplay.php?f=61

The PD forum is here: http://neurotalk.psychcentral.com/forumdisplay.php?f=34

I'd love to hear more about the "mystery disease". I'm sure there are plenty of people here who love a turn at playing detective too, lol.

Again, glad to have you here, although I wish there was no reason for it. I had several family members with PD, and it was quite hard on them, as well as the family.

Smile Hiya, John...

Nice to meet ya! Do you really like to write poetry? If so you really should check out The Creative Corner! Lots of good stuff on there, but plenty of room for more! I look forward to learning more about your condition, and getting to know you as well!

Hello PoetMan and welcome to NeuroTalk.

I also have PTSD and I had my first experience with anxiety/panic attacks as part of the PTSD.

NeuroTalk is also part of PsychCentral which is a mental health forum that might be of interest to you......http://psychcentral.com/ If you click on community it will lead you to the forums.

As for your mystery condition ~ we are here when and if you want to talk.
