Default Migraines and childhood epilepsy!

Greetings all!
I have for many years tried to figure out the triggers for my migraines (and it has been sleep that triggers this). &
I have also been wondering for years about the side effects of medications that I took for my diagnosed childhood epilepsy!
I hope to learn from those within this forum and I just wanted to send an overall greeting to those here!

I look forward to many discussions.
