Default New and Happy to find this community

I'm a retired nurse and advocate for mental illness and the elderly. I've several health issues myself and children with simple to complicated mental health issues brought on by various causes. I still try to find new ways for them to be helped. I also believe as many meds there are that help us, there are the same number that don't. I'm here to research, learn, and help others if possible.
