Default perforated sinus from extraction

I had 2 upper molars pulled on Friday 3/4/16 and Saturday I noticed air and fluid coming out of my nose went to the periodontist first thing Monday morning he said perforated sinus happens sometimes but I have to wait till 3/24/16 to have it fixed is this a normal wait time 2.5 weeks the pain is bad I don"t think i can wait that long should i pay and get another opinion money is tight no dental insurance. every other time I take a breath there is shooting pains I guess i would be like a dry socket he did put me on amoxicillin for 7 days does it have to re-heal first in order to do surgery again please help ASAP
