Default lyrica withdrawal

I am currently in week one of lyrica withdrawal. I have been on lyrica since February and feel like I am in hell. The sweats are incredible and now my eyes are stinging and dry. I have insomnia but I will not give in to this. I am wondering what got other people through. I am taking up exercise again. I orginally stopped due to nerve damage in my shoulder ( reason for lyrica) and although it was successful with pain I had no clue this was the devastation I would have to pay for.
